Burgerheart Bamberg in Bamberg

Hammer hammer hammer! Delivery has been delivered on time even on Sunday evening. The burger was pleasantly warm (everyone should be aware that the burger is no longer hot when a delivery is made) and super tasty. The American cheesecake topped it all. I would have loved to order another 5 pieces straight away. In addition, the absolutely loving packaging. Absolutely to suggest.

It always tastes very good, which is why it is my favorite restaurant. I can only recommend it, I'm looking forward to ordering something again :)

The staff is very friendly. The food is tasty and quickly prepared. If you are around you definitely have to go there and eat a burger with sweet potato fries. Or you can order on the Internet and have it delivered 😉

We stopped at this place during Corona lockdown and we had a takeaway order. The 'receptionist' girl was very nice and friendly. The food was amazing, one of the best burgers we ever tried. Cocktails were also yummi. If we ever visit Bamberg again, we will definitely come back :)

Extremely long waiting time (more than 1 hour) on Saturday evening. The burger was okay, but not that good seasoning. Could really be better. Price / performance, in my opinion, was not worth it.

The Burgerheart Bamberg is very suitable for a quick or a longer stay. A large selection of many meals invites you to feast in a cozy, party atmosphere. The price-performance ratio is also good, and the stomach should be full after meals. The service was super friendly and made you feel welcome. We recommend!

Very tasty burger and fries and the salad is great. The staff was very friendly and everything was delivered quickly even though all seats were taken. The cocktails are awesome and rarely have such a good Long Island Ice Tea. Definitely worth a visit, we will definitely be back soon. Reservation is an advantage, especially on weekends.

Unfortunately we waited a long time to order and had to wait 40 minutes for payment. Offer for dessert was billed individually. It's a shame because burgers and fries were good but the frame doesn't fit :(

We went to Burgerheart to drink the allegedly delicious Pitcher of Beer. At the table we also ordered pitchers. We got bottles from the Sternla brewery on the grounds that the carbon dioxide was empty and it takes time to swap. (We thought the bottles were on the house) After the bottles we ordered pitchers again, and then we were told there was no more carbon dioxide in the house, there was only bottled beer. Sorry but no CO2 at a bar with a dispenser ???? (Shaking head) then we ordered burgers to take away ... they were served at the table ... until everything was finally packed again, of course until we got home, everything was cold. But otherwise the service is great.

There is only one word for it: Fantastic !! 🤩😍 We were on vacation in Bamberh, only because this restaurant was recommended so extremely to us. And that one was absolutely right! The staff is super friendly. You are greeted immediately when you enter the restaurant. Anyone who sees you or runs into you from the staff. In the end everyone says goodbye. The food is awesome! A taste explosion with every bite. Everything tastes very fresh. The prices are very fair! We were there two evenings in a row😁👌🏻 A complete recommendation!

The Burgerheart in Bamberg is in a good central location in the city center. Behind the inconspicuous entrance is a large indoor area with plenty of seats, with two levels and an outdoor area. The dark but beautiful ambience contributes to a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The selection of around a dozen burgers (including vegetarian variations) is pleasantly diverse. Each burger is a good success in itself. There are also a variety of French fries available, which sometimes deviate from the usual scheme. Homemade lemonades and iced teas round off the palate. The price range is very fair and (subjectively) very cheap for the quality. Those who like this description will be well served at Bamberger Bürgerheart.

We went to dinner last night. Conclusion: very, very tasty burgers, very friendly staff who really take care of you and provide you with drinks. That's why we ended the evening there. If we visit Bamberg again, we'll be happy to come back! 5 stars well deserved!

Unfortunately we were very unhappy with our visit to this restaurant. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, but were at least somewhat satisfied with one free schnapps per person. The service was extremely nice. The food was okay, but the long wait was not at all. We had considered leaving the restaurant early without having eaten there. Hence only two stars.

Super delicious food, including top service! Highly recommended, everything in terms of price. Despite Corona, there was still a cozy place in the corner for us! Gladly again ❤️

Burgerheart is a great place to eat and even better to have a nice night out. The drinks are great, the burgers tasty and the fries perfectly salted. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is that you can't get there tremendously hungry; a single burger for each and 1 pound of fries seems not to be enough to fill 4 empty stomaches. Other than that, great customer service, nice waiters and waitresses and beautiful environment!

I loved this place. It has a cool vibe. The burgers are delicious and the fryan gosling is insanely good. It also has good beers to choose. Sometimes the music was too loud and that can be a little annoying for me because I find difficult to have a conversation. Besides that it was a really nice experience.

Food is really good for a good price. They have funny and good names for their burgers and side dishes. Burgerheart also has a wide asortiment of drinks and alcoholic drinks. When you are in Bamberg, this is a good place to eat.

Not bad BBQ, but strange approach for payment: we have an option to pay with card, but it‘s switched off and we can not use it (does not matter EC-Card, Master or Visa)... left with impression it was a cheat :(
